I'm using the Pro version of AlphaVM - http://www.emuvm.com - on my hobby system, as the Free version (replaced by the Basic version) didn't have all of the features I needed. It is available for Linux (various flavors), Windows and FreeBSD. I believe there is also a Mac OS X version available by request, but I'm not sure of the status of that. I'm running it under FreeBSD on a Dell PowerEdge R710 system, which provides performance several times that of the real DS10 it replaced, all while the system is quite busy doing other things. VMS is 8.4 plus a variety of layered products (including several 3rd-party).

AlphaVM is represented in the US and Canada by Island Computers (subsequent to when I purchased my copy). I'm not sure whether Island handles licensing for the Basic version (it doesn't seem to be listed) or if that is directly with EmuVM.
