[Info-vax] OpenVMS servers and clusters as a cloud service

Well, let me state it then.  Because Amazon and Google are going to be
running something, and if they're going to be running something I'd like
it to be VMS.

And the same environments that Google and Amazon use for external hosting
are environments that major corporations are using for internal hosting,
so if you get attractive to one you can be attractive to the other.
