[Info-vax] Locally mount vms volumes in Linux

The dd image is from a VMS ODS-2 disk, right?
Then build a simh based VMS system that supports LD. 
LD can mount a dd image, which behaves as a regular disk and you can extract (or run) whatever file you’re interested in.
