[Info-vax] Recovering messages from a MAIL.MAI file?

Not sure about the entire process, but to get the file in the correct organization create an FDL file from an existing MAIL.MAI file and use convert and the created FDL file to convert the unzipped file.  At least the organization will be completely correct.

As far as reading the internal messages,  from a quick glance, the text of hte messages appear to be in their own records within the file and can be seen as plain text (at least using DUMP).
