The file TCPIP$SMTP_LOGFILE.LOG doesn't exist, but TCPIP$SMTP_OVMS1.LOG
does:
%%%%%%%%%%%% SMTP ANALYZE 22-JAN-2018 15:49:49.49 %%%%%%%%%%%%

So I'm thinking now that something with the mail queue isn't right.

I have an existential map. It has "You are here" written all over it.
