That would depend on the needed functionality and the version of
BASIC. There are BASIC's that run on micro-controller bare metal
that are more than capable of doing it. Would I run a Nuclear
Power Plant on VB? Not likely. The only thing to do in any case
is to look at the task, look at the tools available and make the
proper choice.
