[Info-vax] BOSS and Mocha Telnet

I've set up BOSS, which seems to work fine. The main idea is to use it
when logged in to my cluster via a VT220 emulator on an iPad Pro, namely
Mocha Telnet (which, despite the name, can also do SSH). It works OK
except that the BOSS escape character is recognized only when in BOSS,
not when within a (sub)process. So, the only way to get out of a
process is to log out. This is still better than setting up a new SSH
connection, but of course I would like to leave a process and come back
to it. This works fine when logged in from DECterm, a real terminal,
etc.

I tried changing the BOSS command character from CTRL-\ to CTRL-], but
the behaviour is the same. (CTRL-\ is a good choice, but it is also the
escape character for LAT. When using LAT in BOSS, the BOSS command
character is in effect, not the LAT escape character. Thus, when it
otherwise works, I might change this to CTRL-].)

Mocha Telnet has a free version in the APP store (which times out after
5 minutes). Otherwise I'm quite happy with it (and bought the full
version). I doubt that the developer has a VMS system to test, though.

Any ideas whether I could change something on VMS or in BOSS to get this
to work? I could of course offer the developer a test account on VMS,
but without knowledge of VMS this probably wouldn't be much help.
