Make sure that you fill in the "How do you use the Hobbyist Program?"
question or your request may be rejected. (It was for me anyway.)

The renewal is done by people working normal office hours in India so
you need to factor that into your turnaround time. It typically takes
1-2 days for me (IIRC).
