Out of a thousand?  Around 0.431%, according to TIOBE. Which is also 
well above Rust and bash, so there's that.

If you skew the sample to select sites that are already using Fortran — 
some of which are undoubtedly still firmly stuck on FORTRAN 77, too — 
then Fortran usage will be accordingly somewhat higher.
