[Info-vax] Key LLVM developer resigns

A key LLVM developer has resigned after the LLVM world went down
the SJW route:

I hope the SJWs are not about to cause a massive bust-up in the LLVM
world that will impact VMS. LLVM is a project that has become criticial
in a whole range of areas, not just VMS.
