Why not use the Freeware GETUAI tool by Frank Nagy, which rummages 
SYSUAF for you, and that is expressly designed to easily interoperate 
with DCL?

I ported the GETUAI Freeware tool forward to newer C syntax and made 
some updates a ~decade back, and can send along a copy.  The zip 
contains source and objects for all three platforms.  Should send a 
copy of the zip over to Hunter, while I'm at it...
