CDD was never part of VAXset/DECset.

Oracle has never owned VAXset/DECset.

Oracle got the data management software suite (CDD, Rdb, DBMS, Rally, TDMS)

CMS and LSE (and the rest of DECset) are as much under VSI control and 
maintenance as VMS is.
