CDD and Rdb were sold to Oracle.   The DECset (formerly VAXset) 
products, Datatrieve, TDMS, ACMS, RTR and other products were not sold, 
and remain owned by HPE.

What you are probably misremembering here is that DECset and some other 
software bits have had their support outsourced, but the ownership was 
not transferred.
