[Info-vax] C for openvms 7.3 vax machine

    When I got my license renewed I simply got a license. I already had 
openvms 7.3. I had downloaded it from I believea ftp server a couple of 
years before. But I didn't get the CC. I don't know how to get it now. Maybe 
when I re apply for a renewed license I will get access to the H P Hobbyists 
ftp.
