ps: remote system debugging means the crash-n-burn system is separate 
from the OpenVMS box with the debugging and development context.  A 
target-practice OpenVMS box with minimal or no POST configured or a VM 
guest isn't as convenient as being able to reload a driver, but it's a 
whole lot nicer than having your development system crash-n-burn 
underneath your efforts.  This assuming you have the licenses and maybe 
the clustering licenses.
