It's nice that people here are catching up with this discussion which has been going on for quite some time unofficially outside of EU organisations and officially within the EU organisations. The decision has been made so what is now needed is country level decisions and then implementation. I hope VSI pick up the new time zone files and update the new rule promptly when this is defined. I wonder if HPE will issue a patch - I suspect they won't. The HPE OpenVMS rule can be updated by each customer. Something to look forward to doing next year and the year after.
