When you live in a place that is not sun deprived you get up in the
morning and go for a jog/swim at the beach before work. No use going in
the afternoon when the sea-breeze is in.
Cyclists out the door at 5:00am, a quick 9 holes before work, or an
outdoor breakfast with mates. It's all good.
Of course some are afraid to sit outside and have a beer in the dark. To
you I say fuck off.
