[Info-vax] Multi-site OpenVMS field upgrade options?

FWIW, I've done many, many customer site two-server HW upgrades remotely.
We have that process well-tuned and debugged.
That includes migration from V/A to V/I64 at customer sites.

Biggest liability of that process in this context is the requirement for
additional server iron given that I'm not currently needing to actually update the
hardware at all of those sites.

Existing iron includes DS10L's, DS15's, RX2600's and RX2660's.
