So?

Use either to run VirtualBox, and VMS on VirtualBox.

Not saying I like the idea.  I doubt you'll find me on any public cloud. 
  But, if you can run an environment that itself runs VMS, what's the issue?

This VM thing might take some getting used to, because it changes most 
of the basic concepts.
