Yesterday, my mother alerted me to the fact that my dad somehow got a 
virus (probably a pop-up he's scared of) and that I would have to pass 
by to fix the issue.

I told her I'd see them for Easter but I've now made it my policy that 
if I fix your issue, I'll do so by installing Linux. I am no longer 
willing to spend more than 15-20 minutes fixing an issue and I'd rather 
make sure that the issue never returns. In 15-20 minutes, not only can I 
guarantee that the issue will never return but that all issues in 
general will disappear as long as I install Linux Mint or something 
similar.

My parents are free to use whatever operating system they want as long 
as it's Linux.
