Managed to get a copy of PF_CMERLSYS0432EFI.tar.gz
from one of my sources.

With a bit of work that expands to:

fweupdate_1p93.efi
update_SFW.nsh
rx2660_1_93_install_manual.txt

Those can be fed to the EFI shell to perform an update
once recorded to optical or USB media.

Not quite as elegant as the bootable ISO but functional.

Thanks Stephen Hoffman for the tip that 4.32 is the latest (probably final)
firmware kit for the RX2660.

Still waiting for delivery of an RX2660 to test above but will probably know in a week or so.
