Something to consider is that OpenVMS licensing for Integrity is based on
the base product costs x a multiplier of socket counts in the server.

Hence, upgrading from a 4 socket I2 to a 1 or 2 socket I4/I6 could result in
a pretty substantial difference in OpenVMS license costs. 

Difference might even pay for the new hardware?
