Unless you are a BIG HP client, onsite service is now carried out by 
UNISYS . A third party vendor. And they only support what HPE tells them 
to support.
We now sell service from Service Express and Parsec. Both very good 
companies. We also offer next day replacement contracts for up to 3 yrs 
at a time.
We have found these servers are so cheap now and reliable it is often 
not required, and buying a couple of extra power supplies, fans and hard 
drives (and perhaps a memory kit) is all you need to keep the server up 
and running for years. These four items are by far the least reliable of 
the whole system.

Have a look at your logs and see what has failed.You know I am right
