Another option - the old undocumented "$ Set Watch command"
$ SET WATCH/CLASS=MAJOR - then do new install
Or for really detailed audit to see what OpenVMS files it touches, set
output to a file and then do the following before the new Rdb install
$ SET WATCH/CLASS=ALL

Likely already new this, but Rdb also has some very good internal audit
features if looking for internal DB auditing.
