ias_readme.txt:
This is the OpenVMS I64 version of the Intel Itanium Assembler (IAS) and
the Intel Itanium Disassembler (IDIS).

1) Background

We started with the opensource kit for the Intel Itanium Assembler available
from Intel at:

  http://developer.intel.com/software/products/opensource

along with the documentation in the same location.

The link does not work anymore.

But if you need this kit let me know.
