Thanks Hans. That's exactly the impression I have as well. There's someone
out there who just can't accept that VMS is just like other operating
systems when it comes to security.

Oh well. My response is now on file in the comments so if someone comes
across the poster's comment they will also find my reply. Therefore it's
time to forget about it and get on with something else.

As I've just told Jan-Erik, I reacted so strongly because I considered
it to be an attack against my personal integrity. If you don't know what
a CVE is, or the fact the poster was previously told the vulnerability
was confirmed, and then come across that, it doesn't exactly look great.
