Given that C++ is the only OO language generating native
code supported by HP(E)/VSI, then C++ seems a pretty
obvious choice for new code.

But I have just seen very little activity related to C++
here.

Well - maybe the C++ code written on VMS is more C++ code
than VMS code so questions end up elsewhere.
