I am not sure that I can follow you.

You get a usenet post or an email from "me" with some code
and an Apache 2.0 license slapped on it.

You have received the code under Apache 2.0 license.

I don't see the question whether it is really me or
someone faking my email address changing anything.

As long as the code and the license is a bundle
from the same person then it should not matter who
that person is (in the context of the open source
license).
