Never mind.  Looks like a faulty GFCI outlet and not a
problem with any of the VAX stuff.  Another example of
what you get when you buy a house from an idiot.  Buys
cheap and thought he saved money.  Well, maybe he did.
He just stuck someone else with the expense and the
work.  :-)
