7.3 is the terminal VAX release.  Once you get the Hobbyist PAKS you can reply to the email and ask for the FTP credentials for the HPE site to download what they have available - if you don't have the CD's already.  Their download is the same as the vanilla, unpatched version that was the initial product release.
