Boilerplate for the most part. I wasn't able to review it prior as I was out of town with a family issue.  However, knowing Ada is a good thing.  We still have some code written in Ada and I often get asked questions.

Knowing something about the existing product set would be helpful, but also unafraid of jumping into C++ templates inside the clang/LLVM code base.
