The InfoServer 100 series box was based on a MicroVAX 3100 Model 20 
series box.0

With that emulation configured, the following boot command should be enough:

No reason to, either.

The host-based InfoServer support on OpenVMS I64 V8.2-1 and later, 
OpenVMS Alpha V8.3 and later had fixed a couple of issues with the 
older InfoServer software.
