I do not have that model of VAX.

Do you have a utility or a script that can be used to dump that firmware 
image in a format that SimH can use in the case someone wants to donate it?

I would doubt that the MicroVAX 3100 and MicroVAX 2000 would be similar 
architectures.

The MicroVAX 3100 supported different memory and I/O configurations, 
some models had 2 SCSI adapters.

The drivers in netbad and /or openbsd may give enough information to add 
the emulation of the hardware for the MicroVAX 3100 models.

Being able to implement an Infoserver on a small commodity computer 
would be very useful.
