I've tried this. I managed to get this to work once a very long time ago
(so I have forgotten the details), but it was _very_ es40 version specific
so try a range of versions to see how the emulation behaviour changes if
the currently latest version does not work.

Also look at changing the emulated hardware configuration to see if
that changes the emulation behaviour.

IIRC, I got one version to install, but I had timekeeping problems,
and another version installed VMS most of the way before the VMS
installation routine failed with some internal error.
