To me, that looks like fodder for a parsing error if there were better 
syntax checking within DCL and thus quite possibly unstable, but... 
it's DCL... so... okay.
I'd still use a web-scraping framework here, as writing this scraper 
yourself from first principles is a good way to get lesser results 
and/or higher costs.
