Depends.  The kids don't run nmap so much anymore, in part because there
are so many web vulnerabilities that a lot of them just scan port 80 and
stop there.  But they do run nmap once the find something and then they
find your obscure open ports.  Does not take long.

I only remember them as a major spam source.  We blocked port 25 from them
after they sent us an email saying they could not be responsible for their
customers' spamming.
