Depending on the material, that's potentially a really big mistake IMHO.
Making that material available might be enough to turn someone actively
considering to keep using VMS into an actual VSI customer if it helps
build up a pattern of confidence that VSI is suitable for that customer's
requirements.

Yes. Any discussions help to build a picture that there is activity
