The absolute easiest is to run TCPIP$UUENCODE (or whatever it as called
in that old TCPIP/UCX version) on the ZIP file and then just mail the
plain UUE text file.
$ mc tcpip$uuencode file.zip file.uue
$ mail/subj=file file.uue "smtp%""<mail-address>"""
