[Info-vax] So is there still a hobbyist program or not

There's been a lot of discussion on two topics about this recently, but both topics have drifted rather heavily. Since I need a license renewal for my SIMH VAX, I'd like to recenter the discussion and ask: are hobbyist licenses for VAX or Alpha systems still available or are we going to have to either stop running hobbyist systems or fall back on illegal things like LMFGEN to keep our hobby systems running?
