   Looking over my abuse complaint archive, I seem to have
switched ports at some time around March 2015.  Break-in
attempts went from more than one per day to almost never. 
Most recent: Two tries on 13-OCT-2017, from "103.245.24.2". 
Use of a non-standard port for SSH seems to me to be pretty
effective.

   I still see local attempts when I bungle a password, so I
doubt that the drop can be explained by old TCPIP software
failing to report these things.
