I worked for EDS in Australia for many years, it was after Perot and it was the best company I have ever worked for
The EDS triangle (customer, business, employee) was actually believed and training was very good and concepts like open door policies were adhered to (I saw a manager once marched out after it was shown they tried to hide an employee compliant on an important issue)
Then HP took over (merger, what bullshit), worst company I have ever worked for, zero manager interaction, just a faceless organisation
Much of the discipline of Perot in terms of forging ahead to get the job done was still in EDS when I was there, thankfully the militant sell your soul attitudes were gone, although some of the old folk remember Perot and were quite happy he was no longer in the picture
I heard some say they would never vote for Perot to run the country after experiencing how he ran EDS
