If anyone wants a killer deal on tape backup, here is your chance.

The state of Oregon Surplus Property store has an HP AA939C
StorageWorks Enterprise System Library for sale for only $50!
It has four LTO-3 drives and slots for approximately (by my count)
700 tape cartridges.   No tapes are included.

Perhaps because the employees don't understand what it is,
it is labeled as "Server Rack".  When it first came in (mid June),
the price was marked as $75, but when I checked on Monday (15-Jul-2019)
it was marked down to only $50.   I am tempted to buy it, but
it would be serious overkill for my needs.  All I would do is
salvage the FC LTO 3 drives, but it would be a shame to waste
that beautiful robot mechanism.

While I have no experience with these units, it appears to be
complete and missing no parts, other than cables.  There is no
evidence of damage.  The sales inventory number is 201926.
