.NET will never run on VMS.

.NET Core could be ported.

It would be the usual stuff:
* the CLR incl. the JIT compiler
* the native parts of the framework

I suspect more work than VSI want to take on right now.

Pretty big stuff is written in PHP.

But it is a bit frontend centric.
