[Info-vax] HPE Alpha and IA64 UPDATE ECO kits available for hobbyists

Again, Hari from the HPE OpenVMS Customer Lab took the effort to make 
current software versions available to hobbyists.

For both Alpha and IA64, there now is a TCPIP subdirectory on the 
hobbyist download site. It contains TCP/IP services V5.7 ECO 5 plus 
patches for this version.

Alpha:
TCPIP-AXP-V0507-ECO5.BCK and .TXT
    (this is a complete kit)
TCPIP-AXP-V0507-ECO5-TELNET.BCK and .TXT
    (DEC-AXPVMS-TELNET_PAT-V0507-13ECO5A-4)
DEC-AXPVMS-TCPIP_CVE_PAT-V0507-ECO5-4.ZIPEXE
    (Patch for BIND, FTP, NTP, IMAP and POP services)

IA64:
TCPIP-I64-V0507-ECO5.BCK and .TXT
    (this is a complete kit)
TCPIP-I64-V0507-ECO5-NET.BCK and .TXT
    (HPE-I64VMS-NET_PAT-V0507-15ECO5-4)
TCPIP-I64-V0507-ECO5-TELNET.BCK and .TXT
    (HP-I64VMS-TELNET_PAT-V0507-13ECO5A-4)
HP-I64VMS-TCPIP_CVE_PAT-V0507-ECO5-4.ZIPEXE
    (Patch for BIND, FTP, NTP, IMAP and POP services)

The .TXT files are a listing of the respective .BCK files
