New applications will look at some options:
* web application with server side generated HTML
* web application with static HTML/CSS/JS and only web services server side
* iOS apps (Swift) using web services
* Android apps (Java) using web services
* Windows desktop apps (most likely C# with WPF) using web services
I doubt VT terminal emulator will be considered by many.
