The old problem of the hen and the egg. There is not future because
there is not any clear answer, and there is not a clear answer because
there is not future.
Said anothe way: we can't do anything because we don't do anything.

In the same time, there are:
- the old DEC ada solution on alpha (still used)
- a lot of very old solutions on VAX (used in a lot of situation)
- my build of Gnat Ada for Itanium (used)
But - as for VMS in the general world - "we have not a clear answer
about Ada on VMS". We had a clear answer about VMS when people *did*
something for VMS. Same thing with Ada on VMS, just needing some
collaboration and true information.

I don't agree.

I was at a symposium of Adacore in Paris months ago. The Ada ecosystem
is going well. Very interesting to see how young people do like using
Ada althought it has been thought of as "old, dead...". And it is about
for the same reasons that Ada gets a revival: safety, perenity, quality
of software developed on it...

So it would of interest to join VMS revival and Ada revival.

(The point where Adacore is better: they understood the importance of
collaboration with the community).
