Which are then wrapped in the subject-line STARTREK.BCK saveset and 
which far too often then leads to a proposal to zip (hopefully with) 
"-V" the STARTREK.BCK saveset to protect its metadata, and where that 
STARTREK.BCK saveset is usually best replaced with STARTREK.ZIP (again 
hopefully with) "-V", and where any and all other files within that 
STARTREK.ZIP other than the VMSINSTAL kit files can be more generally 
accessible.

I've routinely encountered savesets of savesets of files—some of which 
might be savesets or whatever—and other... unexpected packaging 
efforts.  A few savesets of zips, too.

General suggestion: check the local system configuration in your own 
environments.  How many versions of zip and unzip can you find?  All 
current versions?  Other tools, for that matter. Many of these local 
stashes of tools are outdated.
