In other words, the channel description needs to make it clear that
it is an official VSI channel and to provide links to the VSI website
as well as links on the VSI website back to the Youtube channel.
When you have multiple locations for information, they all need to be
cross-linked with each other so you can jump from one location to the
others. This is to avoid them becoming isolated pools of knowledge
that only a few people know about.
