Yes, it's noteworthy that it's under training.vmssoftware.com and was
clearly intended for students signing up for training, but they decided
to make it available to everybody.

Either that, or developer licenses that are free or cheap.  Time will
tell, and this may not be in the top 100 things they need to worry about
right now.
