It looks like it's no longer free but is a low performance option

€400 annual license with a €100 per year perpetual flow on arrangement (no gaps allowed)

The difference is this can be used commercially too

I found this emulator to be very good and it supports a much larger range of Alpha systems too

It also runs on Linux and Windows :-)
